DESCRIPTION:The Oak Hill Study Committee\, convened to discuss possible u
 sage of 66-acres of town-owned land in North Chelmsford\, is holding a p
 ublic input session on Thursday\, November 15 at 7:00 p.m.&nbsp\; The se
 ssion will take place at Chelmsford Town Hall\, 50 Billerica Road\, Room
  204.\nThe committee has spent close to a year meeting with abutters and
  neighbors\, stakeholders\, and multiple town departments such as the De
 partment of Public Works\, Chelmsford Police and Fire\, Conservation Com
 mission\, and legal counsel.&nbsp\; Although every meeting has been open
  to the public\, Thursday's session is designed specifically to give the
  general public the opportunity to voice any concerns or offer suggestio
 ns for the Oak Hill parcel.The Oak Hill Study Committee decided earlier 
 this year to recommend the land&nbsp\; be designated "open space for con
 servation\," meaning that the land cannot be developed.&nbsp\; Their off
 icial recommendation will be made to the Board of Selectmen once all pub
 lic input is considered.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
