Fasten your apron strings while we take a trip around the world! If you've ever wanted to try and create some interesting dishes but weren't sure how to use some new ingredients, this course is for you. Our trip includes hands-on instruction in some of the popular dishes from Greece, India, Thailand, Korea, China, Jamaica, Spain and Italy that you can easily make at home with ingredients you'll be able to find in your local supermarket. We will cover how to work with ingredients such as phyllo dough, basmati rice, quinoa, Jamaican Jerk, rice noodles, and spice combinations from around the globe. Each class will focus on a different country with tested recipes and all ingredients.

More About Chelmsford Community Education Center
Chelmsford Community Education Center provides a wide variety of programs, classes and activities for residents of Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. The center offers continuing education and enrichment classes for all ages, with course selections that include foreign languages, bookkeeping, music lessons, cooking, fitness and many others. The center also provides group day and overnight travel opportunities to destinations like New York City, Washington, DC and the Adirondacks. Additional programs include childcare services, preschool and summer camps, as well as youth and adult athletic teams.
