Weight Loss Program and Teen Sports Conditioning Program at the YMCA

Weight Loss Program

January 21 – March 16, 2013 (8 weeks)

Weight Loss Program begins Monday January 21, 2013 through
March 16, 2013 for 8 weeks. Exercising in a group setting can be very
beneficial. Gaining motivation from your peers helps you stick to your goals.

 

Monday-Friday 11:45AM or 6:15PM

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00AM *Body Sculpting Class*

And/or Saturday’s 9:00AM

Register to come as often as you like! 8 weeks of training: choose six days a week, three days a week, two days a week, or just one day a week!

 



Teen Sports Conditioning

This program is for teens who want to enhance their sports performance and works to improve their athletic needs through weight training, agility drills and cardio endurance. For ages 13-17 years. Class meets for 45 minutes Mondays for 6 weeks from 7:30-8:15PM.


1-Day Fee: $ 90 (YMCA Member)              $110 (Program Member)

Days & Times: Mondays 7:30PM – 8:15PM
