Question: What is the construction on Route 3 north between exits 32 and 33?
Answer: Town Manager Paul Cohen said the construction is related to the installation of the sound barries near Twiss Road and Leedburg Street.

It's been like that for well over a week. The first few days there were no signs at all which caught everyone by surprise and possibly damaged their cars. any word when they will pave those bumps?

The bumps they have dug up on Rt 3 is unacceptable for commuting traffic. The care have to come to a halt just to cross each bump they are so bad. The traffic at rush hour is now backed up at 495, at rt 4 and now at the bumps. Some one is going to get hurt if they don't know the bumps are there and hit them at highway speed.
Again, unacceptable
