Question: Why was there a low-flying helicopter around town yesterday?
Answer: There were numerous helicopter sightings around town yesterday. Helicopters were spraying for mosquitoes yesterday, and there were helicopters flying with power line inspectors on them inspecting the power lines.

Hmm. What about the Bell 47G (think the helicopters from the TV show MASH) that was doing some serious maneuvers near the courthouse? That helo was equipped with medevac panniers...
