Best day of the year. Nothing beats hitting the Independence Grill beforehand and a quick Mai Tai at the Kong afterwards! Plus, you never know who'll you see!

Does anyone know when the new Pho Dalat opens?
It's the restaurant replacing The Garlic Bistro next to the rotary.

What a night! I can't believe how much great food I ate. If I was running a gym in this town, I would have sign-up sheets at the exit next year.
