Sycamore Street Teenager Arrested
The following information was supplied by the Chelmsford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
March 8
Benjamin Campbell, 22, of 29 Sargent Rd. in Hollis was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
March 9
Joseph Santangelo III, 26, of 180 Tyngsboro Rd. in North Chelmsford was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lane violations and operating an unregistered vehicle.
Kathleen Higgins, 39, of 135 Graniteville Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and two counts of breaking and entering/credit card fraud from an earlier warrant, which were discovered during the motor vehicle stop.
March 10
Nathan Haded, 19, of 6 Sycamore St. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged reisting arrest and interfering with police operations.
Sovandara Khiaosoth, 19, of 11 Grace St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle without possession of a license and speeding.
CORRECTION: Higgins' charges were originally attributed to Santangelo in error.
