• Paul Tanguay, 20, of 24 Beach St. in Lowell was arrested on five counts of alleged larceny during a breaking and entering.

• Jeffrey Fallier, 25, of 48 Stonegate Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on charges of alleged driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and receiving stolen property worth more than $250.
