Registration for bus passes for 2012-2013 is now available, according to Chelmsford Public Schools.

If your child was registered this year, they are automatically registered for next year. If you weren’t registered, click here to do so. The school department notes that last year there were some errors on the street lists, but the department has calculated the distance from home to school for every registered student. Those who are in grades K-6 and live less than 2 miles from their school will be required to pay the bus fee, as well as all students in grades 7-12. These distances have been confirmed using Google Maps.

To pay for your student's bus pass, please click the "Pay Online" tab on the left hand side of the School Department website and follow the instructions to complete payment. 

If you choose not to pay online, you can also send a check payable to Chelmsford Public Schools to 230 North Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824.  Fee remains at $200 per student with a family cap of $500.

All "no fee" and paid bus passes will be mailed out in mid August.
