This is an interesting report because the only expenditure on behalf of Cheating Chelmsford was made by Hands on Technology Transfer, the company owned by Roland Van Liew. According to the MA Office of Campaign and Political Finance, businesses are prohibited by law from contributing in any way to political action committees. "A PAC or people’s committee may not accept any contribution, including an in-kind contribution of goods, services, equipment, personnel, facilities or the like, from a business corporation, including a professional corporation, or from any association or organization comprised in whole or in part of business
corporations or professional corporations."
Here's another concerm: Where are the contributors to the Cheating Chelmsford grassroots organization? Where are the receipts for lawn signs and all those mailings you have received? What about the fee for service by attorney's Richard McClure and Springfielf-based Spencer Kimball? Certainly at least Kimball isn't working for free. WHERE IS THE TRANSPARENCY with Cheating Chelmsford - the group that lies about association with Roland Van Liew and his company, has out of town associates telling Chelmsford voters how to think and has to pay out of town people to do their bidding (like gather signatures and hand out propoganda door to door)???

This level of deceit and deception and perhaps legal violations should be the front page story over the weekend. These people are dangerous. Where is Alexa Ippolitto? Yes...where is the transparency? We want answers.
