Dylan's Diner in the Drum Hill Liquor's plaza on Parkhurst! I don't think everyone knows about this place yet and it's great!

Saturday morning 8:30am just retyrned from Dylan's Diner....Yuk....Nothing great about it..Table wasn't clean when we sat, i saw one guy cleaning his own table, breakfast was like mush. Waitress practically threw the plates on our table and we had to flag her down just to get some cream for our coffee, never came over to check if we needed anything. One elderly couple asked the waitress over and she said okay, Ill be right with yah and ran outside to talk to her boyfriend. No offense to you Anna but that place is horrible and we will never return. I'm sticking with the Tango as 1st choice.

Rosie's Diner is great! In the good weather they put tables in the back as well as the tables out front, so one can eat outside. Also - if it's not one the menu, tell them what you want and they will make it for you. Staff is really friendly.

I love breakfast at Cafe Madrid, they serve until 2 pm Sat & Sun. When the weather is nice you can sit outside, its beautful. The food has been outstanding. Portuguese French Toast for $6.99 is quite the deal for a huge amount of food. I always get the Havana style eggs with the chorizo sausage, and have to say the Homefries are addictive. After a great breakfast we always shop at the Meat House. Perfect location.

I would drive to Lowell for THE OWL DINER. But based on what I'm reading here, there seem to be some decent places in Chelmsford.

Jim,
The owner of Rosie's Diner in Vinal Square is one of the "3 sisters" from the Owl Diner. You should try out Rosie's you will be pleasantly surprised
