- Neil Mulligan, 52, of 132 Tyngsboro Rd. was arrested on charges of alleged intimidation of a witness, assault and battery, criminal threatening and violations of domestic abuse law.

4:36 p.m. - Police intervened when a neighbor on Wellman Avenue was reportedly moving around real estate signs without permission.
