Police Investigate Potentially Intoxicated Hit-and-Run Driver on Littleton Road

The following information was supplied by the Chelmsford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

 

The following are entries from the Chelmsford Police log for Oct. 12,13 and 14.

7:41 a.m. - Police investigated a reported hit and run that included a potentially intoxicated individual on Littleton Road.

11:13 p.m. - An anonymous individual complained about a loud group on Princeton Drive.

5:46 p.m. - Police were dispatched to investigate approximately 10 teenagers reported to be blocking the roadway on Dunstable Road.

  • Neil Mulligan, 52, of 132 Tyngsboro Rd. was arrested on charges of alleged intimidation of a witness, assault and battery, criminal threatening and violations of domestic abuse law.

4:36 p.m. - Police intervened when a neighbor on Wellman Avenue was reportedly moving around real estate signs without permission.
