PATCH ANSWERS: What's Up With The Warren Avenue Cupola?

Recently a reader asked us what was going on with the historic cupola on top of the Warren Avenue water treatment facility (pictured, as of yesterday).
We doublechecked with the Water Department, and they report that the cupola is scheduled to be returned to Warren Avenue by next week.
It was refurbished in advance of the celebrations for the Water Department's 100th birthday celebration, which is scheduled for sometime this May or June.
