MAP: How Much Snow Has Fallen in Chelmsford?

Thanks to this blizzard, Chelmsford could expect up to three feet of snow this weekend! See how many inches have fallen in your area with the LIVE map below.

The map above, provided by the National Weather Service, shows snowfall in the past 24 hours. It is updated every 6 hours.

This is not a map showing overall snow depth: It only tracks the amount of snow that has fallen in the past day. The map is centered around the red marker, which is in the middle of Chelmsford Patch's coverage area.

It's taking a second to load for me now. Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.

Worst case scenario, if it stays white, that's still pretty accurate....

Odd map. It indicates that as of 2:00 pm ET ("18:00 Z"), Chelmsford has had "more than 20 inches" which I guess is right (that's about what we got.) On the other hand, it shows spots near Haverhill/Lawrence, and other places, where the total snowfall was six inches or less...

You are so funny Andrew ... "if it stays white, that's pretty accurate ... " You're right, all I see is white out my window! As for this map, who can figure it out? Not me, certainly. Guess I'm just not as bright as this snow.
