Mansur Street Man Arrested on Charges of Alleged Intent to Injure With Motor Vehicle

Wednesday, Oct. 17
Arrests
- Tam Mai, 17, of 216 N. Champlain St. in Burlington,VT and Thanh Mai, 23, of 216 N. Champlain St. in Burlington, VT were arrested on numerous counts of alleged crimes over the past several weeks in the Westlands. For more information, see our breaking news item shortly after the arrest was initially announced.
- Abner Mestre, 25, of 71 Fulton St. in Lowell, was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in a construction area.

5:44 p.m. - A dispute between skateboarders on Dalton Road was resolved.
7:39 p.m. - Someone allegedly stole landscaping tools on Buttercup Lane.
Thursday, Oct. 18
Arrests
- James Robinson, 65, of 6 Mansur St. was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle with intent to seriously injure, operation of a motor vehicle at night without lights, and marked lane violations.

7:36 a.m. - Possible wires were reported down in the area of First Avenue and Needham Street.
7:56 p.m. - Police were dispatched to deal with an allegedly intoxicated male at Walmart.
