Man Shoots Himself in Police Pursuit
A state trooper was pursuing a man on Wellman Avenue last night when the suspect shot himself.

The man reportedly shot himself in the head, according to AlertNewEngland, which gathers information from police scanners. According to the report, the incident occured at about 11:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Wellman Avenue.
The Middlesex County District Attorney's office said the death is not considered suspicious.
