- Seif Ali, 28, of 126 Grove St. in Lowell was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle without a license, signal light violations and giving a false name to police.
- Edward Welsh, 30, of 170 Nashua Road in Pepperell was arrested on an outstanding warrant for shoplifting as well as alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operation of a motor vehicle
