Local Restaurants Win Big at Taste of Chelmsford

Last night's Taste of Chelmsford raised more than $8,000 for Center School.

 

The 13th annual Taste of Chelmsford last night raised more than $8,000 for enrichment programs at Center School.

The evening also included numerous awards, including the Chelmsford Patch sponsored Brad the Dad award. Here is a list of all the winners.

"Positive Paw" Participation Awards (for being part of the event more than 10 years):

- Independence Bar & Grill

Smart Spoon Award (Center School PTO's choice for best table display)

Gibbet Hill Grill


Skillful Skillet - (Center School Staff's pick for best taste/presentation)

Tango Grill for their Grilled Sirloin over Sofrito Mashed Puree and Tomato Salsa

Brad the Dad Award sponsored by Chelmsford Patch 

Sichuan Palace for Duck "3 Ways"....Brad was partial to the spicy duck.


People's Choice Awards (voted on by the attendees)
Best Appetizer - Feng Shui for spring rolls

Best Entree - Harrows Chicken Pot Pies

Best Desert - Cafe Madrid  - Homemade Cream Cheese Flan

Proceeds from Taste of Chelmsford have helped pay for programs such as the Raptor Rehabilitator,Author/Illustrator Brian Lies' recent visit, Helen Keller's visit to Center School second grade, andNew England Aquarium's traveling exhibit.
