Littleton Man Faces Four Charges After Alleged Assault and Battery

Friday, Dec. 14
Arrests
- Dameron Nuth, 50 of 50 Clare St. in Lowell was arrested on alleged operation of a motor vehicle without possession of a license, operation of a motor vehicle following a revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and arrest warrants for previous unlicensed operation of motor vehicles.

3:11 p.m. - Chelmsford Police investigated a reported hit and run on Billerica Road near the Chelmsford Forum.
A vehicle with New Hampshire plates was involved according to police accounts.

1:51 p.m. - Suspicious individuals were reported dumping leaves illegally on Pine Hill Avenue.
2:06 p.m. - Residents on Lakeside Avenue reported a man in the area taking pictures of homes in a suspicious manner.

Arrests
- Gary McKeon, 47, of 4 Trot Rd. in Littleton was arrested on charges of alleged assault and battery, intimidation of a witness, malicious destriction of property worth under $250, and threatening to commit a crime.

10:13 a.m. - There reports of a possible water main break due to icy conditions near the corner of Lafayette Trail and Berkeley Drive.
