Patrick has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Friday, January 18, 2013 in honor of Army PFC Antonio “Tony” Javier Syrakos of Lynn who died January 10, 2013.
This gubernatorial order applies to the main or administration building of each public institution of the Commonwealth, e.g. town and city halls, other state-owned or state-controlled buildings and all state military installations.
