Chelmsford jumped out to an early lead against Peabody in boys varsity lacrosse, scoring 6 goals in the first quarter to Peabody's 2. Chelmsford never relented after that, scoring 2 in the 2nd, 4 in the 3rd, and another 3 in the fourth. Peabody's goal late in the fourth was inconsequential--Chelmsford had a commanding lead by then and went on to beat Peabody 15-5. A lot of the offense was carried by Chelmsford attacker Connor Brimley, who stepped up to score 5 goals for the team on a rainy Wednesday.
