Benjamin Powers, 22, of 40 Doe Rd. in Billerica, was arrested on charges of alleged shoplifting.
March 16
Richard Nohelty, 19, of 21 Cambridge St. in Chelmsford was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle with intent to endanger, marked lane violations and speeding.
