Chelmsford Had Over 1,400 Active Gun Permits Last Year

In 2012, Chelmsford ranked 33rd in the Commonwealth in active Class A licenses issued, 20th in the Commonwealth in active Chemical Propellant Only licenses and 22nd in active firearms identification cards issued.
