Feb. 7 - William McInnis, 43, of 270 Littleton Rd. in Chelmsford, was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lane violations.
Feb. 7, 9:22 a.m. - A person on Billerica Road was yelling at employees.
Feb. 7, 5:51 p.m. - A third party reported a motor vehicle operator drinking in a parking lot on Boston Road.
Feb. 7, 7:43 p.m. - A patrolman was needed for crowd control during a local government meeting at Town Hall.
Feb. 8, 2:26 p.m. - Random shards of glass were discovered in the middle of Locke Road.
Feb. 8, 4:45 p.m. - Police were checking the area of Old Stage Road for a snowmobile out after the Governor's vehicle ban.
Feb. 8, 6:42 p.m. - Two male solicitors were spotted during the blizzard on Pearson Street.
Feb. 9, 12:22 a.m. - A group of kids were spotted walking down Princeton Street during the blizzard.
Feb. 9, 10:11 a.m. - A man was discovered slumped over the wheel of a motor vehicle on Acton Road.
Feb. 9, 5:28 p.m. - Police were on the lookout for a male individual who had allegedly stolen a car from Burlington. According to police scanner accounts, the individual was at a friend's party and was asked to leave, allegedly taking the car with him.
