Billerica Man Charged With Alleged Armed Robbery

Friday, Nov. 9
- Herbierto Santiago, 30, without a residence, has been charged with alleged larceny of property over $250 and also faces charges on an earlier alleged trespassing shoplifting incident.
Saturday, Nov. 10
- Mutebi Mubirumsoke, 29, of 5 Wachusett Ave. in Ayer was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and marked lane violations.
- Sophat Phal, 23, of 772 Wilder St. in Lowell was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and marked lane violations.
Sunday, Nov. 11
- Lori Costa, 56, of 5 Balsam Dr. in Chelmsford was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, speeding, failure to stop at a stop sign and marked lane violations.
Tuesday, Nov. 13
- Joseph Barbagallo, 51, of 270 Littleton Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on charges of alleged operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered vehicle.
- Jason Jewitt, 35, of 38 Rhodes St. in Billerica was arrested on charges of alleged armed robbery.
