The following are entries from the Chelmsford Police log for Sept. 3, 4 and 5.

Tuesday, Sept. 4
1:00 p.m. – Police investigated a motor vehicle crash on the Gorham Street bridge over 495.
7:41 p.m. – Police investigated a two car crash near Zesty Pizza.
Wednesday, Sept. 5
Arrests:
-Jonathan Greenwood, 18, 47 West Ave. of Webster was arrested on a warrant indicating probable violence.
-Johnny Angel Guillen, 23, 1 Technology Dr., was arrested on charges of alleged larceny of propery over $250.
5:00 p.m. – An anonymous respondent on Bridge Street complained about an ongoing issue with a neighbor over fireworks.
