Nominations have been open for a week here in Chelmsford, but we already have one contested race already for the Board of Selectmen and there are plenty of other candidates elsewhere on the ballot.

Last week we asked you who you want to run. Today we want to ask you: who will you give your two votes for in the Selectmen's race?

We'll check back next week and add new candidates if any have pulled papers, as well as new polls if there are any additional contested races and reset the polls in February.

Candidates can get papers up until 5 p.m. on Feb. 8 and file them any time before 5 p.m. on Feb. 12. More information is available on the Town Clerk's page on the town website.
