"How to Effectively Do Business at Town Meeting" is April 11
Chelmsford Town Moderator, Richard DeFreitas, will be holding a workshop seminar on Wednesday, April 11th at 7:30 PM at the Chelmsford Police Station Meeting Room. The subject will be “How to effectively do Business at Town Meeting”. The seminar is open to all Town Meeting Reps, especially the newly elected Reps… but all are welcome to attend. Town meeting protocol will be addressed as well as voting procedures. Also… the effective use of the Question and Answer period will be discussed.
The Moderator will answer any and all questions on proper procedure and etiquette as well as preparedness for a successful Town Meeting. Even if you are a long time Town Meeting Rep, you should benefit from this seminar.
Once again I invite you to participate and I look forward to meeting you and answering all of your questions. I look forward to a successful Town Meeting on April 30th.
