Final Flu Clinic 2012 for Chelmsford Residents
The Final Flu Vaccine Clinic 2012 for Chelmsford Residents ages six months and older will be held on Thursday, November 15 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. PLEASE NOTE: this clinic will be held at the Chelmsford Board of Health Office in the Town Hall, 50 Billerica Road, Room LL02 (lower level near the elevator).
