Students at Chelmsford High School have started a group to support Special Olympics of Massachusetts. Juniors Delaney Gembis and Caroline Millin and freshmen Danny Millin and Blake Alber have formed the group to inform CHS students of volunteer opportunities for the Winter and Summer games, as well as other Special Olympics events throughout the school year. The group will announce when volunteers are needed and individual students can register through the Special Olympics website. 

The CHS group has also formed a team for the Jolly Jaunt 5K fundraiser in Boston on December 1^st, and are inviting students and the Chelmsford community to participate by signing up to run/walk or by making a donation.  Join the Chelmsford Lions Jolly Jaunt team through the link on the group’s Facebook page: www.facebook.com/CHSSpecialOlympics
