Board of Health Flu Clinic Friday, October 12, 2012
The Chelmsford Board of Health will be holding a flu shot clinic on Friday, October 12, 2012 at the Chelmsford Senior Center, 75 Groton Road - Rte 40, North Chelmsford on Friday, October 12 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm for ages six months and older. Please bring all insurance cards with you. Flu Mist will also be available. If you have any questions, please contact the Health Office at 978 250 5241.
